Giselle’s academic journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry followed by a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, both obtained from Georgia State University. Her scientific background laid a solid foundation for her analytical mindset and attention to detail, qualities that have proven invaluable in her professional endeavors.
Giselle honed her skills as a Chemist at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA, where she spent nearly four years applying her expertise in chemistry to contribute to the company’s product development and quality assurance processes.
Driven by a passion for optimizing systems and processes, Giselle transitioned to the legal sector, joining a law firm where she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective operational frameworks. Her dedication and strategic acumen quickly earned her the position of COO at the firm for ten years.
Today, through Business Business Operations Lab, I partner with law firms and service-based businesses to strengthen their operations—from onboarding and documentation to performance management and process optimization.
